Works! Couldn't do it through AppCake so I did it through AppAdmin Tweak, worked a charm.

If yo installed the latest version then delete it and download the version 10.0.9 and buy coins and gems from there and when your done delete the app and install the latest version

doesnt work, i downloaded the one from the apple store, latest one, then switched to appcake downloaded the low version then go inside game then my shop says about that they're working hard on the shop

You should try to download the low version first instead of the latest version
