Is that "apple ID password" popup supposed to come up? looks real fishy, and dont see any reason i have to enter my apple id details at all

You use the famousgram 2.3.4 to get coins or the 2.4? what version of LocallAppStore you have? Have you got installed others iAp hacks?

Answers

 

1.) Sometimes the app crash when you slide or enable costum reciept. Try turn-it off also, that enable costum reciept is only works for ios 6 not 7 or 8.

 

2.) When encountering enter Apple ID and password, just click Cancel and it will be work (but be sure you activate the localIapstore or it will not be work). Dont need to enter etc etc. Just click cancel.
