How do I contact the Community Administrator?

Do not contact the administrator to make requests or ask for tweak support. For forum/account related questions, you can send a private message to the Administrator using this link. Replies will be delayed.

If you are unable to access the messaging system on our community, then you can alternatively contact us via email: [email protected]. Please specify your forum account name. Keep in mind that email responses are not guaranteed, especially if your question is already answered in the FAQ topics.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

To reset your password on iOSGods, simply visit https://iosgods.com/lostpassword and enter the requested information. The system will send you a new password via email.

How can I change my Display Name on iOSGods?

You can change your display name by visiting your Account Settings → Display Name. Enter a new display name that is not currently in use by another member.

How can I customize my Display Name? How can I add sparkle and glow?

This feature is only available to ViP members and can be configured when editing your profile. More information here.

What are the perks of being a ViP member on iOSGods?

How can I private message users?

If your account is new, you can only message staff members. This is to prevent spam. To overcome this limitation, you will need to rank up. Please note that some users may have their messenger disabled.

Does iOSGods have a referral program?

Yes, we do! Please see our referral program topic here.

How can I get free ViP on iOSGods?

In order to obtain free ViP, you need a rank which has ViP access. See our promotions topic for more information. We also give free ViP to really active and friendly users who want to support iOSGods in any way they can. Another way is via our referral program.

Is there anything I should know before getting ViP?

How can I get support in a different language?

iOSGods is primarily an English-speaking community and official support can only be offered in English. However, we have Clubs created by members where you can ask for support in your native language. You can read more about this here.

How can I make a Hack Request?

To make a hack request, please visit the Hack Requests section, read the notes on the page, and proceed to start a new topic. The topic will automatically include a template for you to fill in. Once posted, it will require staff approval before it is shown.

How can I hide content or a link in my topic?

By using the [hide] tags. (remove the . from [/hide.])

Example:

[hide] This is a hidden message! [/hide.]

How can I delete my iOSGods Account?

Please see our Privacy Policy. You can now request deletion of your account via Account Settings → Privacy & Security.

I signed up via Facebook/Twitter/Google+. How can I sign in using my Display Name & Password now?
