hello guys

i sent appeal to niantic about my band account since three days and no answer till now when i check the ticket they mark it as solved but they didn't answer my appeal should i contact them again or what any one know any thing

As @DiDA said, if you cheated don't waste your time sending them an appeal. All the appeals will be ignored.
