Tried again as suggested, partial success as I no longer receive the message to reboot, however IGG does not see any apps running. The list is always blank

you need to click on the settings bit an turn on system apps, then refresh an it should work.

If you're running the cracked verison you need it be connected to wifi, an if that's not your problem then reinstall the tweak ;3
