Please Help Me With Purchased iGameGuardian Stuck On Processing

I purchased iGameGuardian recently and I installed it. Unfortunately whenever I searched a value to hack, it got stuck on processing. I tried doing it on other games, re-installing iGameGuardian, re-booting my iPhone but to no avail. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

iPhone: 5

IOS: 8.1.2

It depends on what your searching, if the value is under ten it may take a while for it to process especially on the Auto Identifyer search.

Do you have any hacks or mods installed for iGameGuardian? Check your Cydia Packages and your Flex tweaks.

Well, iGG cracks/mods were made for cracking iGG but since you purchased it, you don't need them.

I had that problem and iGG gave me solution

Go to /var/mobile/Library/ and delete com.apple.gg.record2.plist

Okay I'll try it. 

It still does not work... Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to change the settings within iGameGuardian itself?
