General Pokemon Go New Ban System?

Its nothing to do with the bot or api, bots work its just that there closing down due to being sued by Niantic.

My Google account to.

4 Different types of bans:

1) Can goto pokestops /gyms but can't catch pokemon they always flee

2)Can't goto poksetops/gyms but can catch pokemon

3)Error when logging in with the account

4) I don't remember it was a mix of 1-3

Maybe cords wrong? Normally if banned unban feature won't work.

Its a ban.

Basically there is 4 different types of ''Bans''

At this point i can't give a statement or say that these are indeed ''bans'' and not some server issues from Niantic, however we will just have to wait and see my guess is that some people are having this problem due to some Niantic bug/problem but not a ban.

I tried to change the cords but still i have the problem cant catch any pokemons and cant go to pokestops but i can go to the gyms!

well, im not interested anymore on playing pokemon go, is so dumb walk all over the city just to earn a few points, so goodbye niantic

If you can do gyms and pokestols pretty sure just a lengthy softban, other forums have people saying there accounts work after 14hrs+.. Im having this prob so if my acc works tomorrow ill update.. If it was perm ban then we wouldnt be able to login.. Why perm ban someone but allow them to level/take gyms/pokestops? If they release trading and can do everything but catch pokemon then trade all pokemon to a new account

As of now pokemon are catchable, afraid to use bot again now that its working.

Hmmm. No vpn I get "couldn't retrieve data from server", with vpn says "can't connect try again". Tried to create a new account and same thing. Deleted kechains same thing. I only have ptc accounts, 14 to be exact and can't log into any of them even my main one that I had used a iTunes card on. All where botted at some point and all can't be logged into... Sounds like some sort of ban to me. I feel like there wanting me to put in a ticket, so they can Take a look at my account and actually ban it.. If I got back before recent update, the loading bar just stops half way through and no message appears, update Pokemon go and I get the error messages. Tried on my iPad same thing. Any1 put in a ticket and get a response? I'm also wondering if this is the chance to get ur account back with a ticket before the do a ban wave? Seems mostly only the cheaters are having issues though so..... Maybe I should ticket one of my accounts to see???

Is not, i am able to catch pokemon again.. I was able to only do pokestops and gyms and all pokemon were fleeing.. And now they arent.. ITS JUST TEMPORARY

If I got the unable to get data from the server ( the pic in the post ) that means I was permanently banned?

I go google , and I found someone write letter to niantic about the login problem , niantic replied (you have been banned) , is that real?

Yes the pic in the post is most likely a ban.
