General Pokemon Go New Ban System?

i'm new guys.

i think that this problem is caused on ptc account because sometimes on the registration page of pokemon trainers club appear an error saying that the server is overloaded.

how are we banned tho if we can still take gyms and gain xp from pokestops.

I have a problem whenever i spin any pokestop it says "Try again later" and when i try to force unban my self with a bot its says "pokestop out of range", any solution ?

pokemon always flee..but pokestop earn xp...is it per ban or softban??i use google acc

i was read some users on twittwer and appareantly is a hard ban, but is funny, niantic ban 1 of my accounts, and the second one, where i spend real money on it, leave it alone.

Its nothing to do with the bot or api, bots work its just that there closing down due to being sued by Niantic.

4 Different types of bans:

1) Can goto pokestops /gyms but can't catch pokemon they always flee

2)Can't goto poksetops/gyms but can catch pokemon

3)Error when logging in with the account

4) I don't remember it was a mix of 1-3

At this point i can't give a statement or say that these are indeed ''bans'' and not some server issues from Niantic, however we will just have to wait and see my guess is that some people are having this problem due to some Niantic bug/problem but not a ban.

You can find that out by using a unban tool, if it doesn't work then your prob ''banned''
