Help/Support Making a package in terminal error

Hey I'm trying to create a .DEB package using terminal and I'm on iOS 8.4 running the iOS 8.1 sdk and I have theos and perl installed and every time I try to create the Deb file I get this error does anybody know how to fix it.

Because you need to run "make package" to make the deb file.

 

Make only generates the files.

 

Make package install makes the deb and then installs it for you.
