Help/Support Iphone 5s Sound glitched out (No sound) (Always muted) [Help]

Hi everyone.. My sound is broken... anyone know a fix? when I turn the volume up it just says "Ringer" with the volume picture but no bars... And when I try to change the sound in an app ex. Geometry dash; it just doesnt do anything nothing pops up.. (it does that in every app)

ANYONE KNOW A FIX?

Probably have it on do not disturb or smthn.

i had the same glitch once. if you use headphone, is sound working? If yes, its the same glitch. its probably reading some external device

Check for water damage by looking into the headphon jack. if it is completely white, water damage isnt the issue.

I would suggest resetting the phone otherwise as the only other fix is to delete a certain file (which can break your device) (system/library/LaunchDaemons/com.iapd.plist)
