Im lvl 28 and my cords are central park in newyork.

 

Ive transfer pokemon but keep 2 best enabled

Speed : riding a bike

Farm pokestops enabled

Catch pokemon enabled

And some other basic usuall settings

 

But i dont get more than 27-29 k exp per hour

 

Tested many hours and it stays the same

 

Am i doing something wrong or is this just the max exp i can get? Seems too slow

That's as fast as it goes. If you go too fast Niantic will see that you are cheating and make it so you can't get anything from PokeStops.
