you've just got soft banned, don't jump around continents or go anywhere humanely impossible to travel.. wait 12 hours or find a pokestop near you and just keep spinning it.. You won't get anything, but I tried spinning it for about 40 times and the ban was removed..

no i didnt go anywhere. i was at central park all day, and im not jumping to any continents. im just in 1 place
