For some reason when I open Flex 2 it only shows the preinstalled apps on my phone and not the user apps. I am jailbroken on iOS 9.3.3. Ive tried the thing where you have to make another folder in iFile but that didnt work either. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

Maybe, a Respring is important.

Install the new updated Flex 2 or use Flex 3 from the getdelta repo.
