When I try to start bot, I get "Login Error, server busy", Do you have any idea to solve this?

I hate to be a pest but I really want this to work. I tried running another bot and it seems to work but it doesn't keep going. It gives me a source code of 1 but stops. I want to use this bot but I keep getting the Attribute Error. Please help!
