Getting an issue " No module named googlemaps" any help?

well before Amuyea upload the tutorial i was try to install by my self and i think i got error when im try to follow the step on youtube.

in the first xcode-select --install

 

on my terminal it appear use "Software Update" to install updates, any idea how to solve this problem? sorry noob in here
