Help/Support iCloud restore problem

Hi guys/gals,

 

I backed up my iphone 5s 9.2.1 on icloud then updated to 9.3.3 tried to restore the backup but it is stuck on time remaining at 8 hours n its been way over 8 hours. Can someone help?

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone and trying again? That might brick your iDevice, but it's already stuck

yeh but they are a few months old, im mostly worried about losing my notes if somehow i could retreive my notes from that icloud backup.

Yeah, but try to restore to them first, then you can try your most recent one again (if it works)

i can restore to the old ones but not to the one i did yesterday

It's probably a bugged backup, then. I don't think you can use it.

i tried phonerescue n i can go into the backup on there but my notes arernt showing up even though im sure i backed them up.

That's what you get for using iCloud backup.
