Can you be a bit clearer? I ran the program, closed it, then where do I go to to do step 3?

After you run PoGo.NecroBot.CLI.exe there should be a new folder wherever you saved the program at. This new folder is called "config" and inside it are 2 files: "auth" and "config." Those are the 2 files you edit according to what login method you have chosen and what other settings you would like.
