Thats literally it .. .go to the site, pick a location you want (should be around you cause you want to catch pokemons around you) go in the game and just look for the location of the pokemon you saw on the map 100% accurate.

NB. You have to zoom in on the pokemon that you decide to catch for complete accuracy, zooming out throws the location off a bit
