Help/Support Two different questions to ask

Hiya, so I come from a long line of Android, including IDA hacking. I thought, well hey, must be pretty similar, I mean, they both use IDA, and I know how to hack sub_XXXXX, so why not?

 

Well, my first problem I ran into was cracked IPAs. Well, coming from Android like I said before, all we have to do is go to one of the many apk downloading sites and just download an apk, hack it, and post a hack for it. Well, it seems iOS isn't quite as easy, because I can't find a reliable ipa site for the life of me. I saw ipa4fun, but that just redirected me to the itunes store, and I saw AppCake, and well it doesn't seem like it has a whole lot of ipas to choose from. So I got to browsing around and noticed that it seemed like people were downloading them off the itunes story and creating their own ipa and hacking that.

So of course, I was like, maybe I'll try that!

Well, that didn't work out because I'm running an iPhone 6 on 9.3.3, not really possible to jailbreak, and I heard this method requires jailbreak, and does installing the hacks.

 

Which leads into my second question.

When it comes to installing hacks, I need jailbreak, correct?

Well, I was searching up some iOS emulators, and all I saw was some fake survey scam emulator thing that I was told didn't work. But then I came across one of Mila's videos (hope I'm not advertising, but if you don't know who she is, she comes from an Android hacking site). I was looking at the video and noticed that she was using what looked to be an emulator.

Soo, is there actually such thing as an iOS emulator, or any way to get IPAs and install them on a non jailbroken device?

1st question: Go via PC to the site iphone.mob.org there you can download the IPAs

2nd question: Yes jb is needed for iOS hacks

And something about the "emulator": very much ones use some mirroring programmes to display their iOS device on their PC.
