Basic Evee Background:
So this is a really simple trick that can be used to get whichever evee you desire 100% of the time.
If you don't know a "evee" is a Pokemon which can evolve to become 3 different Pokemon(Vaporeon,Flareon,Jolteon)which is given randomly upon evolution.This is great if you want to get the best evolved evee(Vaporeon) or if you don't want to get duplicates of the same evolved evee

So what you must do for this tutorial is rename your evee that you are going to evolve to a certain name each name corresponds to a certain evee and if your evee has that name you will get the desired evee 100% of the time.

This trick is working but don't evolve it until you get the highest CP eevee (like 600-800) you could get the most powerful vaporeon!

 

I think you will get the highest CP eevee when you are in 20-22 levels.
