Help/Support PLEASE help! Phone will not boot

I need extreme help and FAST.

 

 

I downloaded this tweak to add GIFs as my wallpaper but it wasn't working. It kept saying that it couldn't find the file for the photo. So I tried to remove the tweak. I head back to Cydia and when I click uninstall a message saying "DKPG_LOCKED" and it made me respring my phone. After respring ing my phone didn't turn back on. It was stuck at the white boot logo, and I couldn't get passed it no matter the wait time. I need help because it's urgent I use my phone!

 

( yes it works when I force safe mode *Holding Volume up* when restarting )

 

I managed to take a screenshot as soon as the error came up.

Use safe mode to uninstall any tweaks or hacks you installed recently to cause this issue.

Also, are you able to restart the phone in safe mode? Or is it now stuck on a continuous boot loop?

No I cannot. It says the walk is removed but when I restart it normally it doesn't boot up
