There are no full iCloud bypass, only temporary ones which gives you limited access to your iDevice.

No there is no way if it's iCloud locked.

You know how to enter DFU mode ? 

once you do that try itunes to download new firmware but i m pretty sure it wont work but there are alternatives that overrides that check and would format your device and download and update your device to latest ios

i m not sure for present cases but yeah solved same problem in 2014 for a friend itunes doesnt allow it but other tools helped  and device was restored to factory setting, maybe apple updated the procedure now

still worth giving a shot
