General Amuyea's Tips for Pokemon Go and more

So basically, I been playing the game and I learned something. It might be helpful to you guys

Pokestop:

Most common places are churches, school, historical home, library, and hospital.

You can get more from pokestop if.

Wait for a while then it turns back to blue after using it. Or catching some Pokemon then go back.

Gym:

It's better to bring your strongest Pokemon or to have some element advantages.

Favorite your Pokemon and you will see them when you battle.

Some gyms have a back to back battle, for example, first, is a Mankey and then Pidgey.

You can get up to 6 Pokemon with you.

Level up:

You level up your avatar by:

Catching Pokemon, pokestop, battle gym and hatching egg.

Leveling up your Pokemon:

To level up your Pokemon to the max. You must catch same Pokemon or hatching. *Best to do it when you have the strongest one or kept catching the same Pokemon*

Each Pokemon you catch worth three candies and transfer is one candy. (Transfer the ones that are weak)

About 110 stardust when you grab the Pokemon and 600 stardust when you catch a new Pokemon.

* Also, its good to level the Pokemon up after you evolve because it increases CP more than the non-evolved.

It may say that your level is too low to level up your Pokemon.

You can't level up your Pokemon when it's in Gym!

Hatching eggs:

This will appear for Level 5 and higher. It will be at pokestop.

You will have Egg Incubator with unlimited use. You need to walk about 2, 5, or 10 KM to hatch the egg.

Finding Pokemon:

There are chances that you might catch the same Pokemon in the same area or little further.

You can know if you are too far or near to the Pokemon.

3 footprints = too far
2 footprints = half way there
1 footprint = somewhere close
0 footprint = appeared.

Catching Pokemon:

I don't know if its buggy or not. The big circle the better

Items:

Starting: Pokemon balls, Incense

Level 5: Potion, Revive.

Level 8: Razz Berry, Lure Module

thanks alot @Amuyea , but unfortunately or maybe im vey much unlucky, i dont have any pokestops or gym near my residential area...not even in the radius of 10km...

@@Amuyea the circle inside the "White" circle shrinks. Smaller circle means better chance of catching. Green = easy, Yellow = medium, Red = Hard

What about the "Nice" which gives you 10 exp more

I can now confirm that smaller is better not the other way around! If the pokeball hits inside the big circle you get nice and 10 exp. If pokeball hits inside medium circle you get great and 50 exp. And lastly if your pokeball hits inside a small circle you get excellent and 100 exp!!!

Another tip is you can do curve balls by spinning the pokeball around then throwing it. Supposedly it increases catch rate. Can't really confirm this though.
