Help/Support This is incredible. Thinning binary to armv7 on ios 8.4 just makes apps crash!

So i was wondering if there is a fix out there for apps that crash every time you try to open it after thinning binary. The one i am trying has armv64 and armv7 so i thin the binary to keep just the armv7 but when i sign it and put it back the game won't open it crashes every time. Is there a fix for that? oh and reason why i am thinning is cos i cant remove aslr cos terminal tells me File is not a mach-o binary but once i thin it i can remove aslr but the app won't open. thanks in advance.

I have the same problems as above and I've searched the forums for solutions. First I tried GNU on armv64 cracked binary, and the above errors appeared.For the same reasons as Battousai, I thinned the binary in order to remove aslr and the above errors in terminal on Mac 10.11.5. I tried everything I saw; set permissions to 777, resprung my device, etc. The original binary was "wwr" changed to "wwrHACKED".

 

What should I do to fix this torturing app crash problem?

Thinning binary shouldn't br crashing. Removing aslr might.

Signing it? Or don't thin & sign it? Had the same prob but figured out I had to sign it. And not thin it lol

There are some games that crashes when you apply a thinned binary.

Paste binary ib cd/var/mobile

Open terminal

su

Pass

cd /var/mobile

ldid -s "binaryname"

Paste binary back to game, '777' it.

Test..

Go into iFile->application path, set the executable owner and group to mobile, mobile

Are you sure you have to thin the binary?

Try this: don't thin the binary, sign in it, paste it back to the game, '777' it & open the game.
