Hello. I hav been banned today for no reason from mc5 and i was wondering if there was a way to unban myself without losing everything ans having to start over.

No way to not lose everything. There are tutorials on forum, but you will lose data. One way to not lost data, and its if the ban was temporary

the ban i hav isnt temporary. Its like shmoo's ban. Doesnf say when till im unbanned.

First ban usually lasts ONLY 2 weeks

There is no way to unban without restarting over. Unless Gameloft decides to unban you.

You can play on a new account by unbanning your device. Search the forums.
