You can lock the app itself you are Jailbroken using iAppLock

I think there is a settings in the app itself that hide the photo?

Have you tried deleting the photo? That'll hide it for sure.

Photos app itself has a hide feature but I've never tested it.

And I'm sure there's a Cydia Tweak that can hide pictures.

You can use the app "CM Security". The app is free in the App Store and it can helps you hide photos and protect them with password or Touch ID
