Help/Support Blue screen on iPhone 6S?

So today, out of no where, my phone just froze and turned off. After trying to turn it on, a blue screen flashed and my device rebooted.

 

This has happened a while back and I don't know the cause. Also note I'm on 9.2 and unjailbroken.

the only thing i can find is to backup and restore through iTunes

No just seems random, I remember it happening about a year ago but that was a different phone and it was jailbroken.

This sounds gay but, I would look into an appointment with apple you could probably cheese a new phone.

I get a blue screen sometimes also. But it's when the device is turning off and on. It doesn't restart when blue screen comes up. It just comes up.
