Thanks bro. I don't know why shmoo didn't release it for free.

Because he was busy making the VIP version a lot better, and allowed me to publish my own. All credits in my Speed Assist goes to him. For both VIP and this one I made.

Does it work for iOS 8.3 with jailbreak?

It should work. I make it for 8.1 and upwards.
