    I'm trying to download app nana sync and when I try to trust the developer, the profiles tab isn't there (even when I search it up) ?? Ive restarted many times but it does not appear :(

    Are you going to the proper location?

    General> Profiles and Device Management?

    it's usually under VPN, but it's not :/http://imgur.com/ehn0Zwn

     

    and when I search it up on the settings, it shows but when I click it doesn't take me directly to it, only to the general.

    Try reinstalling the app maybe?

     

    Or report this to App Nana?

    I did but they didn't bother doing anything :/ they just told me to reinstall and gave me their download link (official site) but that didn't work either

    Have you tried Safe Mode?

    nope it still doesn't work. I checked in my settings and it didn't appear and when I downloaded appnana it just keep saying that it was unable to download

    It's probably an issue on their end if it's unable to download.

    is there another similar app that I can test so I can see if this is true? vshare doesn't work anymore so.
