Help/Support Profiles and Device Management Tab Not Appearing?!

I'm trying to download app nana sync and when I try to trust the developer, the profiles tab isn't there (even when I search it up) ?? Ive restarted many times but it does not appear

it's usually under VPN, but it's not

and when I search it up on the settings, it shows but when I click it doesn't take me directly to it, only to the general.

Try reinstalling the app maybe?

I did but they didn't bother doing anything

they just told me to reinstall and gave me their download link (official site) but that didn't work either

nope it still doesn't work. I checked in my settings and it didn't appear and when I downloaded appnana it just keep saying that it was unable to download

It's probably an issue on their end if it's unable to download.
