Then Jailbreak and use Cydia Impactor from Cydia. There's no other way. Unless you want to reset all settings option.

what happened with people saying you should restore if you did a OTA update ( meaning going to settings and then going to general and installing the software update from there.

You still cannot restore to an iOS version which isn't being signed. That's why iTunes gives you error 3194.
