Ok so basically I am having a huge problem, I deleted flex 2 and now my iPad is stuck in safe mode. I am on iOS 9.0.2.

Is there a way to get out of safe mode

Open up Cydia-> search Cydia Substrate and Substrate safe mode, queue them both and reinstall them.

If it works , hit the heart.

Alright, i want you to open up cydia and uninstall the first three recent tweaks which you installed then respring the device.

Actually it is when I deleted a tweak that it puts me in safe mode
