So This What Happens I Wanted To Restore My Ipad With Cydia Impactor And Its Gives Me An Error Its Said My Device Is Full So i Deleted All Of My Apps In My iPad Then When i Try Again Its Gives Me An Error Again Then I Go To Cydia To Delete Cydia Substrate To Free My iPad Space Then When i Press Reboot Its Just Stuck In The BootLoop. Any Way To Fix This Problem? And I Watch On youtube how to exit on bootloop but none of those works

1: Let it run till battery runs out

If not working upon recharge go to method 2.

 

2: hold power button for 5 seconds, then hold the power button and home button together for 10 seconds

When the 10 seconds is up, release power

Connect iPad to iTunes, restore

i dont want to update my ipad to 9.3.1

reboot the phone ( hold power and home button)

When I am stuck in BootLoops, I always use ReiBoot to get out of any Loop.

In addition I never use Cydia Impactor, I use the Semi-Restore tool first, to get any errors out of the way.
