Simply use iFiles for Windows or Mac. Open the location of the application you would like to Change and copy/paste the document folder into your phone. For more details i need the game name and what exactly you would like to change

The folder locations have changed in iOS 8. If the hack tells you to upload to /AppName/Documents/, in iOS 8 you need to go to /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/ find the name of your app (I suggest Filza) and paste the hack inside there.

I went there various times but it is all numbers I can't make out which one is it Any suggestions? Thanks for all the help you have given me until now!

That's why I suggested to use Filza because iFile doesn't support it yet. https://www.google.com/url?q=http://iosgods.com/topic/2417-filza-file-manager-144-1-displays-application-names-works-on-ios-8/&sa=U&ei=X0h6VLG0JbGM7Ab9moDgCA&ved=0CAYQFjAA&client=internal-uds-cse&usg=AFQjCNF4862vcEpufPmjbZCPtLmMRHWrZA
