Turn off all military stuff cost 0 and it should work, it worked for me

Actually reinstall and then dont respring just dont respring while you have this installed

Edit: Player Lvl. Is 90, buying things in singleplayer works, but I can't buy anything in the armory in multiplayer or local-wifi. iPad also goes into safe mode after a respring
