As was requested i`m going to show you how to make tweak supporting both architecture, knowing only x32 for e.g. but you need x64 also.

Edit: I do a different, quicker way

Also another thing is arm64 has same numbers as in x32, like example

VLDR S7, #3.0

In X64 it has that #3.0 too, but different registers
