Help/Support help on my friends ifile is not working correctly

ok so my friends trash in ifile is not appearing i have tried a lot of stuff to fix it he wants to clear these files that he deleted but he also can't add the trash shortcut any help would be much appreciated i also forgot to say he is has a iphone 6 plus 64gb jailbroken on 9.0.2

I'm not sure if the trash for Filza is located in the same folder as iFile, but it's worth a shot.

 

Go to Filza > Click on the Star > Trash

First, make sure the toggle for 'Use Trash' in File Manager for iFile is ON. Then you can find the Trash folder in /var/mobile/Library/iFile/Trash.
