General Wacom Tablet

So, I've been considering to buy a Wacom Tablet (When I have enough money, might have to get a summer job ), and I want to know how it feels to use one. If I get one, I would use it for gfx stuff, designs, that stuff. So here's a couple of questions I have for the people that have graphics tablets:

1. How big a tablet is enough, is the small one (152mm*95mm) big enough to use for Photoshop / Illustrator projects?

2. Is it worth getting one, even if I suck at drawing (with a pencil)?

3. Is it overall worth buying one?

He is I think he was saying that his was broken, and he was getting a new one / getting it fixed.
