I didnt test it because I m not jailbroken....

Requirements:

Jailbroken device
Ifunbox
Decrypt tool for ipsw
Ipsw that you want downgrade
Firmware key


Download from pc ipsw that want to downgrade but you must have the firmware key( see on theiphonewiki)
Decrypt with pc all firmware and open it on transmac ( pic program). Now you have all root filesistem of iOS

Now open ifunbox and replace some iOS 7 files ( for examples ) on your iPhone iPad : I should replace for example the library folder and other....

 

this method allows to have a smoother and FASTER PLATFORM... WITHOUT LAGS 
Reboot
And if you stuck on apple logo. Restore on iTunes
