Then try load it to IDA and select ARM and does it says arm7?

You have used 32-Bit device to crack so the only portion available is armv7 or armv7s (sometimes)

 

So to test it is only armv7, u can place the cracked binary to .app folder and try to remove aslr

 

if it removes then its only armv7
