General All topics in Accounts Section are Locked and I cannot reply ?

Is there reason that I dont see THANKS button anywhere here on the forum. I see LIKE heart.

 

Also, all topics in Accounts Section are Locked and also I cant reply or thank to the poster ?

 

My post count should not be the problem since I see other users with less posts there that they post.

Before 50, now you need more then 70
