Help/Support Modern Combat 5 items invisible

Sup everyone,

 

I have a problem with the modern combat 5 app on my jailbroken iPad 2 running iOS 8.3. As you can see in the screenshots in the link, I'm unable to open supply packs, get items from the black market, get bundles, and see what I get in the daily bonus, and event prizes are also invisible, also my energy bar is always empty, but I can play about five matches every 30 mins. I've already contacted customer care, but they weren't any help, I tried reinstalling the app without any Game Center, or Facebook account, I also tried resetting my network settings, but it's all no use. Any help would be really appreciated.

Have you installed a patcher/hack lately? 'Cause that might be the cause for it. Try checking on cydia, you might have installed something that causes this to the game.

This looks very familiar. I forgot the name of the hack, but that is causing this problem at the moment. The only solution for this is to delete/reinstall the app and/or go to cydia and remove the it from there. Hope this helps

This looks very familiar. I forgot the name of the hack, but that is causing this problem at the moment. The only solution for this is to delete/reinstall the app and/or go to cydia and remove the it from there. Hope this helps

Whoops. sorry about the auto correct. In cydia, look for "modern combat 5" and remove everything related to it. After doing that, reinstall your MC5 app. That should work

Have you tried MC5 while in Safe Mode?
