Have you tried MC5 while in Safe Mode?

its not the game or xcon problem its the hack problem ,reason why he getting like this cause he using hacks its also happend to me too though . Updated March 8, 2016 by davidolofap

It's one of the Unlimited Energy hacks. When I installed it, the energy bar is always empty, it won't let me get more supply packs, it won't show me how much I got in my daily rewards, or make any Black Market purchases. Find that hack, uninstall it.
