Help/Support Can't Open My Device

[mitosis 4.2k iPod Touch 5G 7.1.1]

so hello once again guys, i'm here with another problem,

 

so i cant open my device to the lock screen, 

 

bare in mind, this happened to my other phone and i fixed it by clicking the home and lock button together,

 

but, on this device my home button is not working so i can't use that method, if there is any help I can get that would be appreciated!

 

 

My device is jailbroken and running ios 7.1.1

 

i have the same as this problem but my home button is broken

not locked its just when i press the lock button the screen stays black

yea, Lock on Lockscreen

Try this one. But this may help your device.

 

Leave your device uncharged. Wait for the battery to be empty. When it died down, you might be able to see your lockscreen again. 

 

If this doesn't work, seek apple's service for the replace of your button.

wait for it to die down?!?! this will take ages but ill give it a try

mac download:

install this http://www.osx86.net/file/2596-recboot-22-mac/?do=download&r=3582&confirm=1&t=1&csrfKey=f6d58fa6a7c1160949f67ca981b66d0b

windows download:

install this https://coredevteam.googlecode.com/files/RecBoot%201.3-WIN.zip

 

 

then unzip the file and open the program, 

when u r in the program wait for the device to recognize then click enter recovery

wait for it to enter recovery then exit recovery

BOOM you r set

dude you can push down your notifications any and you can open the app and five finger pinch of the app
