Hey guys. I haven't been able to go on MY pc for over a year. Anyway my dad gave me this pc he got from someone a while ago and whenever I try and boot it. It turns on, but no display on monotor and it goes into power saving mode. The pc is also dusty inside

What kind of "PC" not enough of details

If there's no display, how do you know it goes into power saving mode?

 

Or is that something hardware related for your PC?

Model, version number, operating system, etc, should be provided. Its hard to help without those
