There has been a person on Twitter who allegedly said that he has an iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak ready and is making a GUI for it right now. I don't know if I would trust him, but here's all the proof/evidence he has.

    We've only seen a full Jailbreak from Pangu or TaiG.

    HE HAS PROOF HE MADE THE GUI.

    That GUI is the most easiest thing to do. It's just dragging and dropping elements on-screen and editing the labels. :p

     

    I hope I'm wrong though. We'll have to wait and see.

    yep it seems to be legit cos look at his kernel version and infos? Its for 9.2 also the enMTW is better legit cos his one is 15.4.0 that is for 9.3 :)
