General Upgrading to an Iphone 6 (help)

So, I got this android phone like 3 years ago but now it is getting pretty slow. So I decided to make an upgrade, and this time I had preferred it would be an IOS device . I have put the following in mind : 

 

1. iPhone 6

2. iPhone 6s

3. iPhone 6s plus

4. iPhone 5s

 

 

So I need help.

5S at this point is too small. If you're really into recording and taking pictures, then go for the 6S, if not, the 6 is fine

ummmmmmm..... I use a phone with a big screen so I can watch/download movies. I also download a small amount of apps. As for the price I wont worry a bit since there is this phone company that provides special offers for a specific company employees. they make you pay like 40$ per month (with mobile data) for specific phones.

 

As for anything else that is why I am asking you guys

6 or 6S , If you think IPHONE 6S Price is More than you think , buy IPHONE 6

But IPHONE 6 is being old , IPHONE 6S IS BETTER

If you're used to big phones. You'll love the 6s Plus.

 

It's 5.5" but with bezels, it becomes 6".

but if you want a phone with a better camera go with the 6
