Platinum Keys can be obtained In-game through the Contest of Mayors, which is fairly easy with the unlimited cash/coins.

K1ng mentioned he'll look into the unlimited platinum keys though since he's so awesome So while we patiently wait for him, the Contest of Mayors is the only way to get Platinum Keys.

It's taking a while but I'm almost there with them just need a few more so I can make them infinite

No problem! The Contest of Mayors is located next to the docks, below the beach area where the ocean is. The building is outlined in red below.

 

To get the platinum keys "fairly easy", you just use the unlimited cash to complete the assignments that is asked of you. Since you have an unlimited amount of cash, it's best to do the ones with most points.

For example: The task with the most points is to "Earn 4 Gold Keys", so you can do the cargo shipment 4 times by using cash to get any missing items and have the next shipment be ready immediately or you can get all 4 keys by causing a disaster in your city and repairing the damage.
