Help/Support cydia won't work

my iDevice is ios 9.0.2 now and i was jabreaking my phone, when it was done jailbreaking i opened cydia and everytime i open cydia i am getting this error

I would restore and then re jailbreak

You're missing this file: /var/lib/dpkg/status

 

Without that, your Cydia will be empty. Can you try reinstalling the Cydia deb? Or use Cydia Impactor and then re-jailbreak?
