I tested on my iPad and iGG7 icon doesn't appear on my SpringBoard lol

Here's the fix:

 

Uninstall iGG 7 or any Cracks from Cydia and reboot. Then install the iGG 7.deb via iFile or Filza and open the Pangu app so you can Rebuild App list and then give it a final reboot. It should appear after doing this
