Help/Support Battery draining fast !

From a few days,Im noticing poor battery performance while using internet.

The battery goes 1% / per minute.

Please help..Is there any tweak that can help me?

i have the same problem with my 4s but its more like 3% every 5 minutes

Cellular Data uses your battery, which I hate. If I'm not mistaken, I don't think there's any tweak for battery usage.
